I'm still waiting for mine, and expect it to show up any day now. My friend is also flying down to Texas AM next week for their interview weekend. i_am Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 Hi, On Monday I had a telephonic interview with a Univ (Marketing program, PhD). At the end of the telecon, the marketing chair said, "You will shortly be receiving an offer from our side." Was that what is known as a "verbal offer"? I was not told about the financial package, nor when the offer letter would come. Should they not have sent me a written mail confirming the offer by now?
