Then you don't have to convert to mRPM, which is a little less intuitive (what is a 1,000th of a refresh? haha) That being said, i'm at about 4 RPH, which converts to about .067 RPM, or 67 mRPM. I have push notifications set up on my iPhone, so I never really log into the website to check my email. But I'm now at a point where I'm starting to freak out each time I hear the new mail notification sound. It's this 'oh my god the moment of judgement has arrived' feeling over and over again.
