Jak220 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 American University SIS (Phd International Relations) has their decisions on the website.
elw Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 I currently have four visits planned over two weeks (scheduling worked well) and one I had to decline. Wouldn't be opposed to one more, but I'm likely set. Erpeno 1
CarefreeWritingsontheWall Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Does anyone find it weird that the Harvard admit is only listed as from the political science department, when technically you're accepted to either the department of Government or HKS?

Erpeno Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 (edited) Harvard may be announcing. Everybody - don't panic! Edited February 18, 2016 by Erpeno Picture didn't attach first time.

Determinedandnervous Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 (edited) Didn't get one :/ Doesn't look too good for me, but I can't complain since I have other offers I'm happy with. Edited February 18, 2016 by Determinedandnervous
s1994 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Didn't hear from Cornell either. It was one of my best fits -- honestly really surprised.
kafcat Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Waitlisted from Cornell. Gives off the impression that the list is very short. Slightly disappointed but already have admission to a top school so I am not too sad about it.
s1994 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Update: I got waitlisted by Cornell. So offers are all sent out. And if you do not receive anything from them in the next few hours re: WL -- then that probably means that you are rejected.

I am comparative Congrats on being on the wait list!! But looks like you already have amazing admissions from great schools! Do you have a preference over any of the programs you have heard from? I got my eyes set on UCLA but still considering Cornell if taken off the wait list.

I am emailing the DGS at Cornell to remove me from the waitlist so that other people on the list can be considered first if there is extra space in the cohort. Good luck to everyone who is on the WL! Birdie Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 American University (SIS) is available online. I didn't get in. Got to try and get from the office to home without bursting into tears on the bus.
s1994 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Hopefully we can hear from Harvard soon ;( Getting nervous
cgfren08 Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 I bet a lot of decisions get released tomorrow. Straussian Dogmatist, fbeyza and Erpeno 3
fghhhhh Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Have any Columbia admits heard back with an official letter and details on funding? I received the unofficial acceptance email last week but haven't heard from them since.

I'm a good bit older than most applicants, have been at this since Nov. 2014 (feels so long ago). There are things in life I've been putting off to chase this dream. Really need to think about it, do a hard and honest evaluation of me as a candidate. Having "only" an MA from a top ten program isn't the worst thing in the world, right? RIGHT? In the meantime, keeping my fingers crossed for the two I haven't heard from, but mentally preparing to hit the job market yet again. ultraultra, IndEnth and yasir8959 3

Adorno Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Anyone have any insight into when Hopkins might release their decisions? cableknitmanatee 1
