  1. Has anyone heard about scholarships yet? I think this is about the time we should be getting notified.
  2. I also just came home to a 1/3 Dean's Tuition Scholarship! Luckily I just flew home to visit my family because it was sent to my permanent address.
  3. Thanks ay761, I just emailed Rosie to see if she had any scholarship info for me. And yes, it definitely varies by program. Higher Ed has assistantships available to apply for already because it's required to have one for the program I'm guessing. I interviewed for one but I definitely need to apply for more.
  4. I have narrowed my decision down to two schools- Michigan and Vanderbilt. My decision mostly depends on my fiance's law school acceptances. If I go Michigan I will be sure to return to this thread!
  5. Well still no news on scholarships here. And no news is definitely not good news when waiting for a scholarship. I guess I will wait a couple more weeks before contacting them.
  6. Well on the plus side, with less interviews you can prep more for each one! I imagine it's going to be tough doing 5 interviews and keeping everything straight, especially since I'll be waking up at about 3 a.m. to get ready for the drive up. eek.
  7. I will be there! I have 5 interviews scheduled and sent in 10 cover letters, if that gives you any idea. Time to start prepping I guess!
  8. I am a double-major in Anthropology and French with a business minor, but I completely agree with HIgherEd2013.
  9. Yeah I haven't heard of any of the Higher Ed people receiving aid yet on these forums. Keeping my fingers crossed!
  10. Haha, same here! Congrats! And I think the e-mail doesn't go out until the next morning for some reason.
  11. I was accepted Friday, but I don't think I'll be able to attend the visitation days and for the time being I have no plans to visit. However, I also love their program (I requested an info pack from them several months back) and the research aspect. I look forward to hearing how your visit goes, Loseric!
  12. I think the very end of December, but possibly very early January.
  13. The Penn one? If so, that was my friend/coworker!
  14. Well my fiance is an senior undergrad at Penn so I spend a lot of time there, and I can't think of any such building. It seems like they're constantly building new things, but nothing that fits that description comes to mind at the moment.
