LOl it is, on NSERC it said "forwarded to admin" for all of them. I am not dumb enough to put false experience or credentials. Funny thing is, one of my supervisor said the proposal was very impressive. My jaws jumped when she told me that.

Lol anyone know who actually reads the research proposal? I am kinda scared if they make people from my department to read it because I BS'd a lot of things, I had no time and I thought that not applying for NSERC raises eyebrows.

No I live in Canada.

So I am about to move to a new town in summer/fall and over the years I have made quite a big list of contacts in my phone. I don't use any social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus or that sort of thing. Now the question is, how, and should I, tell people (apart from the close ones) that I will be changing phone numbers? If so, what is the least awkward way to do that? I am generally referring to people you sometimes sit next to class and talked to or you occasionally meet on campus. Do you guys keep in touch with those people?

Does anyone have a clue how to reply to Memorial University's offer? Because they didn't exactly tell me a deadline or how to reply.

My status for CGS just says "received by admin" and nothing else lo

One prof in my school threw a marker at a girl for answering and talking to her phone and told her to "STFU", hes known to swear a lot so this was "normal" in his class.

Can someone help me? In my university it asked if I want to be considered for the OGS, I didn't apply for anything because I thought I was automatically considered. I am not from Ontario...a stupid question.

I didn't even read after 3. The way I see it, A gives you better connection with the prof, while B you are going to learn mostly from your colleagues than from the prof.

So I just checked my status over at Memorial and a decision was made, but they only do mail communication, so I have to wait =(

Yes there is, just go to the university's page and click on "current grad students" and begin googling their names, it's that simple.

No it says Counselling Psych in his profile.

So much for Waterloo...which you should realize that is the best in the country in mathematics.
