ok! will do so to schools that haven't rejected me yet the first thing tomorrow. Yea, the reason I asked is because I was a permanent resident so I think I was considered as "domestic", but there probably still is a small difference between citizens and permanent residents

from what i heard it's rare to get accepted without interview, but keep in mind that they might have a different processing time for international students. I would remain hopeful but prepare for the worst.
