@k_kismet @ElKel87 I'm very tired of CSDCAS also - there are too many little things that I don't realize I need to do on it until I'm sitting here scrambling for time! Good luck guys, hope everything goes well from here for all of us.

@peachyspeechy that's a relief to hear!! I submitted one of my applications last Friday?? (I believe), so maybe mine will be verified soon too!! Here's to hoping anyway. I haven't sent my updated transcripts, do you guys suggest I send them even though my initial transcripts aren't verified yet?? I'm getting worried about time haha

Another question about e-submitting if anyone knows... I've finished one of my program's documents and wanted to submit it, but does that mean all the other programs that I haven't submitted would lock up as well?

@plume Yeah, I'm asking if I can add documents for programs basically haha. For documents, I mean personal statements, questions, etc.. from each program. I'm just finishing up my Personal Statement for University of Oregon, so I should be able to submit that application soon...but I'm worried about verification since it said 4 weeks. However, I'm glad to know that it's *usually* 2 weeks during their busy time. I'm concerned now about verification for all my CSDCAS ones because I'm not done with my personal statements yet

Hi all, questions about e-submitting and transcripts if anyone knows... I haven't submitted on CSDCAS yet, but if I were to do it would I still be able to upload documents to the different programs? I'm assuming no... I just need to get to the verification process bc one of my school's needs to have verified transcripts before they start reviewing my application (cough university of oregon cough). and csdcas said they won't start verifying til I've e submitted which is frustrating

I'm not having this issue - do others schools on CSDCAS have the "received" part? Did you try calling CSDCAS to see what's up?

@Kslptobe @Elska Thanks for the advice!! I'm still in session, so I might see if I can make it to her office hours. In the meantime & in my panic, I asked another professor if she'd be willing to write me one, and she agreed. I think she will be a good LoR provider, too, and this takes the pressure of time off the table. I hope your LoR gets theirs in on time kslptobe! my goal over break is to have all my applications submitted by December 23, so Christmas isn't spent stressing. Good luck everyone in the final stretch of submissions!

Anybody have any good tips on what to say to a professor that hasn't written their LoR yet? I'm worried she won't get it in on time

Sorry I have no idea what they would ask, but I'm just here to say omg!! That's so soon! I have no idea why they're calling so early. I also wanted to say good luck!! Sorry I'm not much help - maybe there are threads around here that talk about what to say on phone interviews!

All right, good to know... I have another question. Some of the schools that I'm applying to through CSDCAS have the "Prerequisite" tab under their supporting information for that school. I went to this, and it says "You haven't entered transcripts yet, go to transcript entry", but I have entered my transcripts... Is there like a certain way that I have to enter the Communication Sciences/Disorders courses? It says to enter all courses exactly as is on the entry page... I'm not sure what to do.

one thing I'm wondering with this process though...like if we aren't finished with fall 2016 classes, then do we resend transcripts afterwards so they include those classes?

Hi everyone! I'm new to the GradCafe/this forum, but also freaking out about applications, etc... The university I go to now doesn't have a Communication Disorders major or minor, only tons of the prereqs. So I'm taking some courses from USU next semester to get the necessary courses. I've been working on my SOP, and I'm basically just worried about everything at this point. My cumulative GPA is pretty okay, it's currently a 3.69 (might go a tiny bit lower after this semester only because I'm taking so many credits at once - oops). My GRE scores are not very good; I got 151V 148Q 4.0W. Didn't break the 300 mark agh - also mostly upset about my Verbal considering I'm majoring in English and Linguistics. I'm applying to a couple of schools that, luckily, do not require it, but I'm applying to I believe 8 schools. Have you guys sent official transcripts or are you waiting until the end of this semester? I feel like I need to send them in, but I also don't want to send them twice? I'm unsure what to do about that, but I want to make sure that at least most of them make it in on time. I feel like many of my schools are saying Jan. 1st is the deadline. Wish more of mine were due in February. Nice to meet you all! Glad we can all freak out together! haha
