  1. I would retake. I recently had a conversation with a POI at York who said no applications would be considered under the 80th percentile across the board. Do as much as you can, but don't let your grades slip. It may take a couple of application rounds to get in, but it will all be worth it in the end!
  2. Unfortunately you can't send the highest scores from each test, it has to be the test as a whole. You could try sending all your scores and see what happens though. Good luck!
  3. Depends on the province. I believe Alberta you can get away with a Masters, but Ontario you need a PhD.
  4. Do you think it's acceptable to ask admissions once March is over? I'm 100% done with waiting.
  5. For people who have applied multiple times and been more successful this year, what tips do you have for preparing for a second round of applications?
  6. That just means that one of your schools has been a decision; check the date on the schools. They're not realising any info till the 1st, so you should be in the clear
  7. did you just receive it? I've been waiting for my inevitable rejection endlessly!
  8. I emailed admissions asking if all acceptance letters have been mailed out, and they said applicants should receive an official response in March either way. Nevertheless, it's not looking good for us
  9. Mine is like this as well. SGS only changes to 'decision made,' but I've heard that it will change long after you already know the results of your application.
  10. You can log on to ROSI if you're not a UofT undergrad too. Login to SGS and go to 'profile update' to get your UofT student number. Then google ROSI, and put this student number in, with your birth date in 'YYMMDD' as the pin. It'll ask you to reset your pin after this. From then on you have access. From looking at the results page, it looks like it's in the registration status section (though mine currently says no registration history)
  11. Check out the CPA graduate guide, it has all the accredited programs in Canada http://www.cpa.ca/docs/File/Publications/GRADUATE GUIDE_2015_2016_Final-c.pdf
  12. Someone earlier on the forum emailed Ottawa and they said "All the completed admission files are currently being reviewed by our Professors and so offers will start being sent out in approximately two weeks and throughout the second half of March/beginning April"
  13. Me too. I hope we'll get relief either way soon!
  14. I didn't have an interview when I got into the SCCP program at Alberta, though I'm not sure if the protocol differs between programs. It's the same department, however. Best of luck!
  15. From what it looks like it's through email. I've also heard absolutely nothing, so I'm in the same boat. I figure if they said we'll know by mid march and that passes with still nothing, that's a bad sign. I feel like it's a bit too early to give up hope yet!
  16. Has anyone heard anything from OISE SCCP in the past week? I saw that someone has been wait listed on the results page.
  17. I believe it was SCCP they got into. My application still says under review as well!
  18. Congrats to the person who just got accepted into OISE SCCP! If possible, can you message me your POI?
  19. Yes it was pushed to December 15th instead of November 15
  20. I've heard nothing, but I was told at their recruitment open house that there would be interviews
  21. At Open House they said it would be mid-February with decisions at the earliest in March, but I'm not sure if that's been pushed back with the admissions date being pushed back a month. Let's hope!
  22. OISE SCCP is aiming to send out official results early March, with interviews sometime in February
