    Surprisingly accepted off of waitlist at Florida State University. Full tuition + Stipend!!!! Thought the waitlist was a cruel joke. I will accept. Was feeling down after receiving a rejection from UMD, but I am superrrr relieved now. Anyone waitlisted for IU,Pratt, or MCAD I will officially decline their offers tomorrow. Hopefully good news coming someone's way. ????‍?

    Have you received any word from UMD yet? Anxious. Have yet to receive a rejection though. My application still says under departmental view.

    Tuition And fees really comes out to about 68k / year. A few grand less if you can afford New York rent, supplies, and transportation out of pocket.If you haven't been given an official scholarship fin-aid paper be careful. What I was told contrasted to what was on paper....was given about a 10th of the cost lol.

    I spoke with them. Said they were having a final meeting last week. Sending out rejections first via mail, then waitlist, and final acceptances via call or email to come visit with faculty. No mail as of rn. Prob be late March until good news.

    Waitlisted at FSU. Surprised and a little bummed. Will ask my placement on the list. Was accepted to MCAD will receive funding information next week (told by fin-aid). Anyone heard anything from UMD College Park?

    @icw Had interview for FSU last night with Mark. Very nice guy. Spoke highly of my work(was surprised to hear a solid compliment in an interview), very casual convo. Similar backgrounds. Good vibes/positive thoughts. Hope it went well for you! Said should hear by Mon or Tues this week. ?

    Round 2 for MFA: Email for Florida State University Interview this weekend. FSU-interview UMD College Park-? IUPUI-? MCAD-? Pratt- Accepted 2017, attended for a short time. Not a great fit for me. Got my $ back asap.

    Pratt - Accepted Portland State - Waitlisted U of Illinois Urbana Champaign- Reject IU- ? University of Boulder - ? Ohio State- ? Anyone accepted to Pratt have any info in regards to when we'll get info on fin aid package? Highly interested in attending, but want to know $$$.

    Thank you for the advice! It definitely gave me confidence in preparing a sense of what I wanted to say during the interview today. The gentlemen who interviewed me were extremely nice. I think it went quite well. They said to expect an answer from them in the next week or so. Very happy with how the experience went! Thanks ?

    Congratulations!? I have an interview this week with Pratt for painting. Was curious to how the interview went, and what sort of questions were asked? Any tips would be appreciated. If I'm correct I was told they accept about 5-6 painters per year at national portfolio day. so fingers crossed there's still room for me! ? @Chriselthought I'd tag you in this as well!
