Just got into UBC!!! Waitlist spot will open for UofA!

Congrats to everyone who had gotten in off the waitlist. I’m still waiting to hear from U of A. Starting to feel a little discouraged. I hate waiting ?

I was just accepted off the Dal waitlist this morning! I am still in shock! 
Good luck to everyone still waiting - I know how rough it is! 

I was accepted off the U of a waitlist yesterday! Will be declining my spot to dal ! Goodluck to those still waiting! 

If you go to the waiting it out thread on page 19 then you’ll see at least 4 people have! (2 of whom I know personally) 

I got a call from Vicki a few hours ago to be offered a spot at U of A! 
I thought they wouldn’t be contacting waitlist before April 30th but I guess that’s not the case!!!

Waitlisted at UBC on Thursday, got an offer on Monday! I'm ecstatic! I have accepted, which will open up spots at Toronto and Western, as well as a spot on the waitlist at UAlberta and Dalhousie. (also posted on declining offers thread).  Good luck to you all and whoever is also attending UBC, see you soon! ?

I was accepted into UofA as well!! It took a lot of hard work and extra preparation after my undergrad but so worth it now in the end!!! Would love to connect with anyone else who is planning on attending here! Good luck to everyone else waiting to hear back!

Congrats on the U of A acceptances! If anyone has any questions about the program, I would be happy to try to answer them   I am currently in my first year there. Also, if you haven't heard back yet, don't sweat!! They tend to do several waves of admissions. 

No problem, I’m relieved too. I got into McGill and I know different schools look at different things, but I’m hoping that means there’s a decent chance UofA will accept me. And I know what you mean. I’m from Edmonton and UofA would be super convenient for me

A little hope for those of you who didn't get an interview at McMaster - I didn't last year either but got accepted directly to another school. Programs weigh things differently so try not to put yourself down too much!
