  1. Corbett Hall, right next to the U of A Hospital We occasionally have classes/interdisciplinary sessions in ECHA (Edmonton Clinic Health Academy) as well, but the majority are in Corbett.
  2. Hey everyone! Huge congratulations to all those getting accepted/waitlisted, I know how tough the application/waiting process is. I'm currently in my first year @U of A (and I'm loving it!!) - if anyone has any questions at all please feel free to message me Ps. - If you don't get in this time around, KEEP TRYING. This is an amazing profession, it will be SO worth it in the end.
  3. I could not find it in the course calendar anywhere! I emailed Vicki and she just provided me with the CSD courses we need to register for, she didn't mention IntD410 at all.
  4. The deadline to accept an offer of admission is April 30th so there should lots of waitlist movement after that
  5. Accepted off the waitlist from U of T this morning, but I will be declining their offer to attend U of A. Hopefully that opens up a spot for a U of T hopeful on this forum!
  6. Received a call from Toronto this morning saying I've been accepted off the waitlist! I will be declining their offer to attend U of A (but for some reason I'm still very excited)
  7. Thank you so much for your reply!! I will PM you
  8. Hello to any 2nd year U of A students - I have decided to accept my offer at the U of A for fall 2019 but I am struggling a bit with housing options (I currently live in Vancouver and have never been to Edmonton). I am looking for apartment buildings that are close (i.e. 10-15 minute walk) to campus and/or transit. I'd prefer not to live in residence. If you are planning to leave the place you are renting and loved living there please let me know! I will be looking to move around mid-August. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

  11. That's so crazy, I repeated stats and anatomy too! I agree re:not being a perfect student. I was really beating myself up about having to repeat courses but learning not to dwell on the past really helped me a lot
  12. I was accepted at U of A and Western and wait listed at McGill and U of T. I will be accepting at U of A so I hope that opens up some wait list space & helps at least 1 person out
  13. I will be declining my offer at Western so hopefully that opens up a spot for you
