  10. Hi all! Congratulations to those who have gotten acceptances! I'm applying to Columbia and Smith only. I got into Columbia in 2020 but couldn't attend for personal reasons. Hoping I get in and can attend this year. Anyone else applied to Smith?
  11. Hi! I'm also applying to NYU (Literary Reportage). Boston University, and Northwestern. I'm also applying to the non-fiction MFAs at Sarah Lawrence and University of SanFrancisco. Plus the Erasmus Mundus journalism program. I feel like my chances of getting in are pretty low because my undergrad academic record isn't great. I do have some experience as a freelancer so lets see *fingers crossed*
  12. Hi! I have similar interests and found that the GRSJ (gender, race, sexuality, and social justice) masters at the University of British Columbia is very closely aligned to this. They have a focus area on the creative arts in conversation w GRSJ issues. Here is the link to their page: https://grsj.arts.ubc.ca/graduate/areas-focus/ Hope this helps!
  13. Hi! Anyone here applying to Gallatin for the MA program starting Fall 2021? I am interested in a concentration in media, social justice, and entrepreneurship. What are you all applying for and how far along in the application are you?
  14. GEMMA results will only be announced towards the end of May as per their website and their response to my email. So don't worry yet! I hope it works out for you.
