When you get an acceptance but are still waiting to hear from another school, should you email the acceptance school that you are waiting or not email them at all?

Has anyone heard from or about Tennessee State University for their counseling program? TIA

So I know what I am wearing for the interviews but what about socials/dinners after the interviews? Should I change or just wear the same thing? Or does it even matter lol?

Do y'all know or have any experience of accepting an interview and then turning it down later? I know understandably that school would be upset, but could it possibly hurt your chances at other schools? TIA
