Guys there’s a V Tech acceptance by email. I didn’t even see when they did interviews this year if they did them at all. I’m sad.

I mean, its not too late. Sure, Texas took a million years to process my fafsa but it’s definitely good to start it incase. I submitted my fafsa for everywhere I applied immediately after I submitted my application. Granted, I did remove Minnesota and WashU, and added SJCNY recently. I think you’re supposed add up to 10 schools on the Fafsa (so pick favorites), ‘cause I’m not sure they can give you financial aid without it on file.

Oh dear. Cornell is kind of infamous for delivering upsetting / heart attacks at inconvenient times. *cough* 2/14/20 *cough*

UT Austin gave me a f*ckin heart attack. An email came that said UT AUSTIN STUDENT NOTIFICATION. I died for a second, then clicked it. It was the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid telling me they finally processed my fafsa.

Iowa gives me anxiety. I didn’t even apply but I’m nervous for all of you.

It has begun.

Tbh I think it’s boredom. There wasn’t anyone like this in the 2019 or 2020 season. Now the pandemic hit and suddenly we have a troll with infinite faces. Also I like your new profile picture.

To y’all who were rejected from Vandy and WashU in the same day, I’m sorry for your loss.

Apply early. The earlier you apply the faster they’ll get to you. I got my decision 12 days after I applied. It’s still a pricey college, but I don’t know anything about work study, scholarships, GA-ships or anything like that.

Guys, I randomly checked my portal for WashU because I was growing tired of waiting. Rejections are up.

Yeah, Maryland, Florida, and V Tech are all I’ll be really really freaking sad to be rejected from.

On my application I said poetry and playwriting, but I’m really thinking of Poetry and Fiction now. Of course, the chances of getting into Michener are abysmal, so I think V Tech’s cross genre would be more realistic.

I’m curious, to those of you that write in two genres, do you switch on and off, or just write each consistently? It’s been over two years since I’ve written any short stories but I have some ideas I want to work on. I used to write short stories exclusively for over 10 years, but I tunneled in on poetry for the past two years. That may have been a mistake haha.
