Here's some intel on schools I applied to this year:
 
Rutgers sculpture: rejected 
UCLA interdisciplinary studio: no word yet
Alfred sculpture/glass: Interviewed via Skype -- supposed to hear final decision by end of Feb.
VCU sculpture: no word yet
UC Riverside: rejected (okay this is how it went down: the time frame within they said I'd be contacted for an interview came and went. So I emailed the grad coordinator for clarification, and she responded by telling me informally that I had been rejected. I guess their method is to tell applicants to reserve the 14th of Feb for interview day, and just let them assume they're rejected if they don't hear back! I checked my email every 10 minutes for a full 7 days prior to checking in, wish they had just sent me a form letter SMH. What DO those fees pay for exactly?!)
 
I've applied to grad school before, been looking for the right fit for SO LONG but never received the right mix of A) funding offer that made it financially feasible for me to attend + a school I felt really excited about. In 2017 I rejected an admission offer from Tyler sculpture—feel free to ask me about the interview process—basically it involved delivering an in-person lecture about my work to the MFA sculpture faculty and students, and they ask questions round-table style like a crit (that's right--a crit with strangers to prove your aptitude, about as awkward and stressful as you can imagine). This year I finally shifted my process of only applying to schools with better funding ops, and doing way better research rather than relying on hype and reputation, I'm hoping for a great fit. Some, like Alfred, even offer a full tuition waiver and stipend, plus insane top of the line facilities and teaching opportunities.

Accepted to Cranbrook fiber this morning via email, so if anyone is lurking & interested, those are out. 
Official acceptance letter & financial package will be sent out later.

.... I know these programs have already requested interviews for other departments but don’t know if they roll in unison. 

Is UCLA going to break my heart on Valentine's Day? That's gonna be double whammy for me 

I got an email that my application had been updated and then I checked the portal. The office is very friendly (which you may already know) so you can always call them to double check. But congrats on your acceptance and good luck with your others. I am also still waiting on UCLA

I believe RISD was mentioned earlier by someone, but I was curious if anyone else has heard back or if it would be safe for me to assume a rejection? I applied to the painting department. I also applied to (all for painting):

Received UMich Stamps interview invite via email. If there's anyone who had interviewed with them before and is willing to share their experience—that'd be appreciated!

I haven't seen UW Madison mentioned here, and not sure if people know that 2020 will be the first year their art program is fully funded, making it the largest funded art program in the US. They're also ranked as the #1 printmaking program in the country I believe. I've toured the school and they have 2 large dedicated buildings for the arts and incredible facilities. I got an email notifying I was admitted today - good luck everyone! 

Rejected from Yale Sculpture and admittedly breathing a sigh of relief that I don’t have to figure out how to transport my artwork on short notice. ?

To anyone keeping an eye out for interview invites from VCU Painting-- I just received one for next Friday (via Skype)

IU Digital Art interview on either Monday or Tuesday.

I didn't volunteer this information earlier because I haven't seen people applying to these schools on this thread, but I've interviewed with UTK and U of Minnesota in the past couple of days. I was surprised about the Minnesota interview cuz I thought they typically don't interview at all.

Got an interview notification for MICA Photo & Electronic Media...

Invited for a Skype interview with University of Arkansas next week. I picked Drawing as my first choice of concentration, which seems like one of the smaller concentrations so I'm thinking the departments are probably on different timelines.
