  1. I checked with them. Below is the response:- There is no deadline to accepting your aid, however we hope you accept your aid as soon as possible. This does not mean you accept your offer to SIPA though. If you would like to appeal your funding amount, please complete the SIPA Award Appeal form by April 15. If funding becomes available, we will notify eligible recipients by April 27.
  2. What a year to apply! ?
  3. Same here. I appreciate that it is a troubled time for all. But unfortunately a delay weighs heavily on other things as well such as finalizing colleges, funding sources, etc.
  4. Yes. It was a part of the scholarship letter.
  5. Yes, you can. Just login and check !
  6. I believe SIPA sends out reject/accept decisions together. Have you checked the portal?
  7. I can't answer this specifically but offering my two cents. I recently talked to someone who graduated from SIPA and she highlighted two things about SIPA's courses - quant heavy and global in nature. In terms of job opportunities, her opinion was that having an Ivy league on your resume is certainly an advantage in and out of US and SIPA's students are favorably placed for UN jobs. U-Chicago is known for its economics faculty, a great number of luminaries have walked those halls. Maybe you can find out whether the MPP course is flexible enough for you to take advantage of this. Good luck!
  8. We are in a similar boat it seems. ? I am waiting for Harvard, but otherwise with the aid and fellowship Columbia has offered - I would be heading to NYC this year!
  9. Got in. Generous aid along with fellowship ? Thanks guys!
  10. As a Fulbright scholar, I am sure admits won't be an issue for you ? Rest assured.
  11. Congrats to everyone who got in. ? The rest, like me, onwards to other things!
  12. Don't think there is a point. They already said 15th March, no? Should be today or tomorrow. ? Covid-19 has just thrown people off. I am sure the AdComs are also grappling with dealing with a pandemic on a personal and professional level!
  13. I don't think they will post it today. They are stating that "We still have some work ahead of us.."
