How is the application reviewed in the interview phase of EECS MS/PhD at UC Berkeley?
If interviewed and accepted into the program, would the interviewer (by default) be the PhD supervisor? Or, is the student first accepted into the program and needs to find a research supervisor later?
If the students are first accepted into the program and not by a specific advisor, how would funding be handled?
