pheonixx
Is the University of Michigan Social Psych wait list applicant here? I was wait listed for a different psych program at UMICH and was wondering if you knew how many people are on your wait list. I want to ask the department, but I don't want to be a pest. Are you on the clinical wait list? If so, me too. I wonder how many people are typically put on wait lists. Anyone know?
Scalia
Has anyone heard back from Minnesota's Social Psych. program? When I talked to the admissions coordinatoor in December, she thought that the end of January would be about the time applicants would be hearing back. humankoko
Received form email from Cornell: Currently, our faculty are in the process of review applications. The department has not made any decisions at this time. Further information on your application status will be made through the system and by email. gellert
^ Nope! I was under the impression stuff was going out a couple weeks ago, though, so I don't really have all that much hope for an interview invite. Also, someone posted on SDN that the interview weekend is 2/3. So yeah, I'm thinking they're done. Edited January 24, 2012 by gellert

theclericalerror
So, basically no one has officially heard from Harvard or Princeton? And it sounds like Stanford has made its decisions? SO STRESSFUL. I really wish I knew when to expect to hear gahhhhh! Also, I assume most people are interviewing in a suit, right?

BruceWayne24
That Cornell e-mail totally freaked me out at first, because I had already been invited to do Skype interviews (I'm International) My first interview is today, in a couple of hours. Hardly nervous at all....(kidding) Btw: I applied to the Perception, Cognition and Development Track. casablanca92
For the NYU and Cornell posters, when did you hear from them? So that Cornell e-mail yesterday wasn't true? They have already sent out (some) invites? Can you guys PM me your POIs? So many ????? :-)
BruceWayne24
I got the e-mail on the 20th. But we are both in the PCD track, so the other two might be different? I wouldn't get your hopes up though, sorry The e-mail was true, but a bit confusing. They haven't made any definite decisions yet, just invited for interviews. I was told that final admissions will be made mid Feb. after the interview weekend on the 9th and 10th...So unless the people invited for the interview all suck, I guess there is not much to hope for. But this is only my interpretion, I have no idea what they are actually doing
mj53
Anyone else apply to Wake Forests masters program and heard anything? Their deadline was December 1st so I'm thinking this isn't promising. Also anyone apply to Boston College and here back?
