snowflakes Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Hey everyone, just FYI for anyone who applied to Columbia: I wrote to them a few days ago because my GRE scores are still listed as "awaiting" and they told me that there is an error in their system and that therefore people's GRE and TOEFL score haven't been matched up yet. Apparently if the department starts reviewing applications before the system is back on track they simply rely on the scores you listed in the form. So no one needs to stress about this. I had an interview a little over two weeks ago (jan 30) and expected to hear from them this week, but no word yet. Thanks! It seems like Penn conducted all of their interviews about two weeks ago... I am certain about it for sociocultural. For those asking about NYU visits, they happened Tues, they decided to make 5 offers for biological and letters were sent out Friday. Not sure about the other subfields! I hope that it is a sign of something good to come, but I'm trying not read too much into it. I really don't want to get my hopes up just to have them crushed if I get rejected.
