After three long years of applying I was finally accepted to the University of New Mexico! Don't give up, I didn't and look where I am now and it feels beyond amazing knowing how hard I had to fight for this dream of becoming an SLP!! Yay!! Good luck to all of you still waiting to hear! Xo love my grad cafe slpeeps!

Have a dart board with all the applicants pictures I exported from Facebook taped to all parts. With an evil laugh, I will throw a dart and at the face/ faces it lands on.. Well those will be the rejected, yes 4.0's and all... but not right away!! I will wait 2 months after the deadline no three months! Hold on.... is this is what I would do or what I think they actually do? Lol

I know you will for sure hear from UNM next week. Typically letters are received by mail by the 13th!

Texas state won't reject anyone until the class is full. I called yesterday and they have already sent out all of their first round of acceptances. If someone declines they send a letter to the next person on a ranked list.

Hi! I have also applied to NAU but for the summer program, being a current student do you know how many people apply for the summer program? Is it a lot? And do you know when we will start to hear news? I am also so anxious!! Thanks!

I was also wait listed and that my friend is the question we would all like to ask. It depends how many people decline, how many they have put on the wait list and where we are each placed on the waitlist -and unfortunately that is information they will likely not give us /:
