I am a long distance runner, I get out there and just run and run and run! It's great for clearing my mind, gives me energy to do more school work, and is great exercise. I also do some of the exercise classes the school provides for free to the students such as "fat burner cycle," "hard core abs," and "stretch and tone." Fun stuff!

How do you have time for that? I would love to be able to do that! I save all my fun reading for Christmas and Summer breaks! I know if I bought a fun book, I would no put it down when it came time to do work.

No!!! They better not!! Haha. But seriously, they should not be able to do that! It was finally posted on the school's website earlier this week that I was accepted to graduate school. The email also wanted us to reply to the director letting her know if we will be attending or not so they can let the waitlist people know. I replied to her the same day I received the email that I would be attending and she replied back and we set up a day to get together for advising. I think they just got a little ahead of themselves telling us that the letter would arrive in a week or so because spring break rolled around and they probably decided they did not want to mess with the letters on their break. Oh well, but I will be sure to let you know when my letter arrives!

OMG!!! I am going crazy waiting for my official acceptance letter!! I was so excited when I got the email and it told us we would be receiving the official letter in the mail "in a week or so." But it has been almost 3 weeks!!! I can't take this anymore....I want to frame the letter!

When I got the email, I was in the school's crowded computer lab. The email had the director's name under the "From" and had "Specialist Program" in the subject area. I knew it was the decision because I had been told at the interview that we would be receiving the decision in a email that day with the official letters soon to follow. As soon as I saw the email, I said "Oh my gosh!" out loud. I sat there for about 5 minutes staring and trying to lower my heart rate...it didn't work. I finally opened the email while saying "please, please, please..." to myself. The first thing I saw was "Congratulations!" I gasped really loud, grabbed my heart, and scared the girl next to me. I'm glad the email didn't continue by saying "Congratulations, you have not be selected!" or I would have been really embarrassed!

I am trying to write thank you letters to my interviewers and I am stuck. Three people interviewed me separately and I wanted to give them each of them their own thank you letter. But I am a little stuck on what to say. I was also accepted there and want to know if I should say something about that in their thank you letters (they know I was accepted because they were the ones who made the decisions) or if I should write another separate thank you letter specifically for thanking them for accepting me? And if so, who do I give that to? What should I say? I am usually good with thank you letters, but I have never had to thank someone for these reasons. Thank you to those who respond.
