Very funny, as if I haven't been 'keeping my eyes on my inbox'! I'm in a time zone six hours ahead of EDT and I've checked first thing in the morning even though there is no way anyone emailed me overnight...just in case- right?

Well, another of the schools I applied to has twice messed up critical deadlines for just my program, casting a shadow of doubt on the ability of the school to deal with other deadlines for students. I realize that may big a huge leap- but at the same time the admissions offices are the first real contact point for most of us, and when the deadlines are not met on their side, or communication seems to fail it is hard to continue to give the benefit of the doubt. That said, I am generally still quite patient; well aware that these offices are often run on a shoestring budget and never with enough staff, but some situations try even my patience. I'm looking forward to receiving as many notifications as possible and then enjoying the weekend regardless. I hope you do the same! Especially with a funded position already in hand!

I'm going to wait until the end of the week. If I haven't heard anything I'll send an email late Friday or Monday morning. Surely the notification will be very soon.

Not to put too fine a point on this, but is there any chance an early yes email could go out today???? Not that I'm waiting anxiously or anything. I swear I am trying to work and stay calm...I'm hoping for three notifications in the next three days!

Same boat here. Waiting it out, especially since I'm expecting notification on two other schools on Friday, I figure I can lump CIPA into the mix and anticipate hearing from them this week too. I hope one of us gets some good news soon

Nope, my status says 'in progress.' I have no idea what the difference is, staring at it doesn't seem to be helping the email come any faster I only applied to four schools and haven't yet heard back from any, so I am REALLY READY!!!

I'm waiting on Cornell too. I keep checking... I sent in my interview on 16 Jan, all my paperwork was in nice and early. Hopefully they are just deciding how BIG our funding packages will be, right?

Hi Fulbright applicants! I was on this forum a ton last year- especially as the middle of January and then the middle of March approached! I wish you all good luck! Yes, I waited a more than a week before hearing from the Hungarian Fulbright Commission. Even now, after a second round of emails from them, things are not clear. In the doc I received on Monday this week it says they will provide me with a grant document to sign soon... I think at that point I will include the terms and conditions, but really I have no clue! The finalist page does say to send them along as instructed so I'm betting you will hear eventually...

I waited more than a week...so patiently, of course Even now, I have received a second email but it still doesn't contain all the pertinent info, like which day our in-country orientation begins...

I couldn't agree more- and I was lucky to be notified on the early side. I really hesitated to become a part of this forum, but I am so glad I did. This is a lovely group of incredibly supportive CRAZY people trying to shake up our lives by engaging with people around the world! Way to think outside the box my partners-in-crime!!! Thanks for also being willing to enter into discussion just to wait with the rest of us for so long... Thinking of each of you today.
