I would contact your schools and let them know that the letter is forthcoming. I wouldn't explain the error on your part with the email unless prompted—you want them to think that it's his fault not yours. It's only Monday so "early next week" still hasn't passed.

Hi all! Since most apps are due, I thought it would be nice to have a place to post as interview invites start to come in (in addition to the results page)! Here's a template for the info to post: School: Type: PhD/PsyD Date of invite: Type of invite: Mass email, email from POI, phone call, etc. Interview date(s): It looks like there's also a thread that's been started in SDN: https://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/2018-2019-phd-psyd-interview-invite-thread.1288337/ in case anyone follows that site as well. You're second one is the highest total (though do check percentages) and puts you over official or unofficial cutoffs of 155 in both sections, whereas your third does not. -
