  1. The graduate advisor at UT told me this morning that the notices are going on in February. Hoping that means just this week.
  2. For those waiting for UT results, was just told letters are going out in February. Let the waiting begin!
  3. I am waiting also! Guess it isn't happening today because no one has posted anything about it! Crossing our fingers for us!
  4. I am sorry! I keep hoping to see you get an acceptance from a great school, I know you will get good news soon!
  5. I have received word from all my schools. I was rejected to everywhere except one school and I happy to attend there. It isn't ranked high but the faculty are great and the funding is good also, now I am just waiting to hear if I get funding! I don't want to go through this again next year! Keep your heads up everyone and congrats to everyone who has been accepted.
  6. To whomever posted the CUNY rejection, did you receive an email or did you inquire? Thanks! And I am sorry you got rejected
  7. Called Boulder CU, they said no decisions have been made, we will find out mid february. Update on my status! I have heard from no one- except rejection from Rutgers. I am assuming I am not going anywhere this Fall. But I am staying positive, or trying to! Just want to say congrats to everyone who has gotten accepted or wait listed!
  8. Congrats! I applied there also but have gotten nothing! So happy for you though, I know we both applied to CUNY and Northeastern and you've been anticipating something! I hope it goes well!
  9. Not me! instantly checked my email and app. Nothing but crickets.
  10. Hello all! I've been stalking all you and decided it is time for me to interact. I am finishing my masters now at a state school in Texas. I have applied to only 5 programs, which now seems like the worst decision- Boulder, Rutgers, Northeaster, CUNY, and Wayne State- all based on research interests and professors with similar or overlapping interests. I have a great CV- presentations, no publications, research intern, TA for years, started a non-profit. I did absolutely terrible on the GRE because of 5 surgeries last year (mentioned this in my statement). So, basically, I am freaking out looking at everyone's amazing scores and accomplishments. I am hoping and waiting like all of you and wish everyone the best of luck! For anyone who has gone through this before, how appropriate is it to call the school and ask for an update? Thanks!
