I'm waiting on Emerson, too. I was waiting for unco for this fall. I really really prefer CSUN to Emerson.

My program didn't have a separate fluency course, it was part of another class and they reviewed the course description and said it was ok. I hope that's what they meant, anyway. I am currently a hot freaking mess, waiting for word on acceptance so I have no idea about anything!

I'm super average, too. 3.5 ish. Gre total just over 300. It's encouraging to hear that most of the people that got the survey got in! I'll be super disappointed if I'm wait listed. Or, you know... Turned down.

It would be part of a program. I'm trying to qualify for Emerson and all of my classes were more than 5 years ago. But I wanted to do the classes at a less expensive school, though.

If someone were to take (or retake) prerequisite classes, should it be covered by financial aid? Or would that person have to magic the money out of this air?

How many people does CSUN admit into the distance program? I can't find it on the website. Anyone in the program already? What's your experience so far? Anxiously awaiting to hear the school's decision!
