Hi everyone!! I'm a current graduate student in California and gearing up for my final semester of grad school. With that, comes the comprehensive exam and praxis and I've been losing sleep every night with the stress haha. Does anyone have any advice as to what to really hone in on while studying? I have the huge prep books but of course it's so much information and I have no idea if the questions are more broad or very detailed. Any tips or advice would be amazing to hear. And also if anyone is an incoming grad student, I'd love to answer any questions as well!

Hi! Wanted to post on here because I'm just going through the same thing right now. I got accepted to grad school for the fall semester with a 3.85 GPA and A's in the CD courses. However, this last semester I have the possibility of receiving a C in a 4 unit elective course, so it's not a cd class but I'm still very worried that this will jeopardize my acceptance when I have to send in the final transcript of grades. I hope that they'll see that I've done well in the cd classes and this was just one course not pertaining to the major but I'm still super nervous.

I agree with the above response! You're totally fine with one B especially with a 3.9. It just depends if it's really worth it to you to take the time to retake the class when you can put in your energy to other courses and application season!

I interviewed in March and never heard back as well so I'm assuming it's a rejection.

I'm assuming in relation to this week because she had said it would be 2 weeks from when he asked (last week).

My friend at CSUN spoke to an administrator and she told him last week decisions most likely will be coming next week. They're cutting it very close.

CSULB sent out some waitlists yesterday for those were interviewed.

Does anyone know if there's a way to check about being waitlisted for Chapman?

I'm an undergrad at CSUN currently and I believe the most recent cohort has around 50 people in it and I've been told it's one of the most they've had.
