I feel all of that, plus obsessively checking the GradCafe results page. ?

My whole week consists of checking my email, trying to focus on something else for five minutes, checking the time to realize it’s only been two minutes, and then checking my email again.

Is it just me, or do minutes feel much longer than 60 seconds this week? Still waiting to hear back from five programs...

There's a couple things to do depending on your situation.
If you have an offer on the table from another program but are on the waitlist at your dream school, let that dream school know you have an offer. Email the head of the grad program, say you have another offer but your first choice would be their school so you want to know where you are on the waitlist. There's always a (small) chance that them knowing you have another offer may make you more desirable in their eyes. They're not magically going to find money for you, but they might rethink your position in the waitlist line.
If you are only waitlisted, you can always inquire where in line you are. But this should probably be a one time email a month or two after initial acceptances have gone out (an initial inquiry is also fine; you want to know the outlook). Any more frequent and they will know that you haven't got in anywhere. Not a bad thing, but desperation is never a good look.
Lastly, if you are only on waitlist(s), start developing your backup plan. If you are slated to graduate, you will need a source of income if these apps fall through. Start that process now. You can always back out of a job application/interview process later if you get accepted to a school. But waiting until all hopes are exhausted may put you way behind other spring graduates in the job market.

I've also applied to UCLA... the wait is unbearable...
I emailed a couple of weeks ago and they said decisions should be coming out soon... but not sure what "soon" means :/

How many rejections do you have to get before you can add it as a special skill on your CV?

I worked in a church for ten years before starting this degree, and I would be plenty happy to go back to church work if academia doesn’t work out.
My wife and I made a deal when I started my second masters degree that if I got into a PhD, we’d go there, but if not, we’d move somewhere and stay for several years. She doesn’t want to move again this summer and then move yet again next summer. Which is totally fair. Especially since we have two kids also. So this is kinda my shot. Turned out to be the worst possible year to be taking my shot but, such is life. I’ve been really happy with this particular degree, so even if this is as far as it goes, I’m really glad I did it.

I really tip my hat to everyone on this forum. :') This is possibly the worst application cycle to apply, and the academy can be so cutthroat and merciless, but you all seem like such lovely humans. Sorry for the sappiness, but the ivory tower could use more people like you all.

Goodness, I didn't know that February, which normally feels painfully long and dismal, could feel even longer and more dismal.
One week until Baylor's preview day, and it can't come soon enough!
Bless us all in the waiting!

Hebrew Bible in the theology department, not the school of ministry/pastoral. Again heard *nothing* until the acceptance so I think its not necessarily a bad thing!!

Yes. I sent my application for theology at PTS the first week of December. Several days later they refunded my application fee and let me know that no theology applications would be received, in order to free up resources for current students. They also limited the number they'd take in across all subfields. I imagine many schools are doing likewise. We chose a brutal year to apply but you never know what might happen in.

I posted earlier and said DDS normally contacts this week. I haven't seen any indication that folks received interviews so they may be behind on their process. Maybe next week we'll all hear more.
How is everyone holding up mentally and emotionally? I hope you're finding healthy ways to cope with the waiting. I'm not doing anything interesting--mostly just finding more work to do and spending time with my kids. What are others doing?
