  1. I received a rejection as well on 3/22. I feel lucky to have a bit of help through my employer, but it's definitely disappointing to not get it. Good luck to those still waiting!
  2. I received an acceptance mid-February, and there was an admitted students day on March 10th. I would definitely reach out to them to see what's going on if you haven't heard from them! And check your spam just in case!
  3. FYI-- during the admitted students event today, they mentioned that they expect decisions any day now!
  4. Has anyone heard or reached out to Hopkins re: the Bloomberg Fellowship?
  5. I'm also applying to Hopkins' (Health Equity and Social Justice) and GWU's DrPH programs! Focus: Transgender Health, HIV Prevention, Mental Health Experience: 4 years post-grad (1 year as a consultant, 3 years at a funding agency) Schooling: 3.95 GPA in a top MPH program This is my second year applying to Hopkins, but first time to GWU. Crossing my fingers for a more fruitful cycle! And best of luck to you all!
  6. Unfortunately didn't make the cut this year at Hopkins, but I'm as motivated as ever for next cycle! Would the folks who got into the program mind sharing some of their stats? Thanks and congrats to everyone that got in!
  7. Hi everyone! I know it's still very early and we probably won't hear anything until late February based on other year's threads, but has anyone heard anything from Hopkins' DRPH program?
  8. Hi everyone! I've lurked around the 2019/2020 DrPH threads, and I'm happy to see that this one was started for 2021! I'm only applying to Hopkins' DrPH program in Health Equity and Social Justice. Mainly because I think the professors/course work best align with my career goals. Some stats about me: Undergrad GPA: 3.6 Grad GPA: 3.9 GRE: V-70th %, Q-50th %, W- 85th % LOR: direct manager, program director, and former professor I have my MPH from a top 5 and am CHES certified. I feel pretty confident in my application, other than the fact that I fall on the lower end of the spectrum of years of experience (I have exactly 3 post-grad, and will have 3.5 by the time I start the program if I get in [fingers crossed]). I've tried to counteract some of this by networking a bunch with current students/professors, so I'm hoping it will turn out favorably! Excited for the opportunity regardless!
