My interview is on April 10th. There were slots available all the way until April 20th so for those who have not heard back yet don't lose hope! Just be prepared to tell them about yourself, which is where you have the most time to sell yourself. They'll also want to know why you chose your specific concentration, what population you'd have issues working with and why. Also - come prepared with an example of a stressful situation and how you dealt with it. The rest of the time is for asking them questions. Good luck! Andrea seems like a lot of the students who heard back applied for mental health...I am hoping that they are doing it by concentration and that is why I haven't heard back yet lol. I was able to get information on the interview by searching last year's cohort threads I interviewed on March 1st with Kelly Segovia and just received my acceptance letter from CSUF today!! I applied for the full-time program with a concentration in mental health. My overall GPA at CSUF as an undergrad in Psychology was 3.76, the last 60 semester units was about 3.97. I have 3.5 years of experience working in mental health (2.5 years working with adults/elderly and 1 year working with children). Hope this helped! I wonder if that's true That's what I've been hearing/reading.. a lot of the people who have heard back have been mental health. Did you apply for he CalSwec? I emailed Kelly today, just asking for an update on when we expect to hear back. I know she won't have a clear answer, but I just need something to ease my mind lol. Awesome! Congratulations!!! I'm still waiting to hear back from Long Beach, which supposedly has a better and more established program, but I'm leaning towards Fullerton.
