Hi everybody! I am an international applicant. I was accepted for the MPH program at Western University, University of Alberta and Emory University. I wanted to know if anybody has any idea about the duration of  post graduation work permit after 11 month MPH from Western University.

Congratulations! When we’re you notified by Western?

Have any domestic applicants heard back from Western MPH? Their email from March 18th said that acceptances will be sent mid-April but I'm wondering if they have sent some already? Thank you

Hey everyone! I applied to UofA Health Promotion (distance), UWaterloo, and UVic. I received an acceptance from UofA and I was declined from UVic, still waiting to hear from UWaterloo.

For those of you waiting to hear from UofA, I got my letter of admission on my UofA email, not my personal email I gave them. You can find this email by logging on to Bear Tracks, and under Personal Information is lists your UofA email address (the password is the same as your CCID password). My rejection from UVic was listed on their portal (no email). Lastly, I contacted UWaterloo and they said they will be sending out admission/rejection letters over the next month. Good luck to everyone ?

Thanks for the Info! I'll keep an eye on it! So far nothing in that email inbox either so fingers crossed!

My status did not change in the portal! I had to contact them to confirm my admission after I received the letter because my portal status remained pending.

Oh wow... This is strange.. How do I open the UAlberta email?

Amazing! Will you be accepting? I just received an email from the graduate studies office with details of funding, transcripts etc but nothing from the mph department. Let me know if you receive any more details from them :)

I just checked my email and I got the same details as well! Two weeks to decide from today.
I got an offer from U of A as well.. So I am currently debating between the two. SFU is further from where I live and over the two years it’ll cost more for me overall to attend...

Hi all! I also received an acceptance letter from SFU today and I look forward to potentially meeting some of you in September! On another note, I'm still waiting to hear from Waterloo, and was rejected by UVic.

For the those who are still waiting for a response or didn't get the news they wanted, don't be discouraged! I applied to SFU two rounds ago and got rejected, so things can turn around!

I also received an acceptance letter from SFU today! I am super excited!

Now I just need to decide between SFU and UofA health policy and management program in the next two weeks.

I am rejecting the UBC offer. So if you are on the waiting list, I hope you are sent an offer.

Hey! I am deciding between SFU and UofA right now as well. May I ask what your opinions are between the two schools? I am having a difficult time deciding between the two.

Hi everyone, I was wondering what your take on moving during a pandemic for grad school is. I am trying to decide between SFU and UofA, and I'm from Edmonton. I want to move to Burnaby/Vancouver, and I think the SFU program is better suited for what I want. I'm having a lot of apprehension about moving during all of this though. Any perspective would be greatly appreciated :)

For those who have applied to Guelph what day does it say your application was received by?

Hi.. webadvisor states that all my documents were received on 29th Dec 2019..

I noticed some of the applicants have started getting acceptances from Guelph. I haven't been updated yet. I'm an international student.

How about your Status?

I emailed UofA a few weeks ago and they said we should all recieve an update by April 1. I still  haven't heard back. Is it safe to assume I am going to be receiving a rejection letter anytime now? Are there others also waiting for a reply from them?
