szn82 Posted April 15, 2021 Share Posted April 15, 2021 I've been on the waitlist for the PhD program at Columbia for a while, but a couple of days ago I was accepted into the program. I accepted their offer, but requested to defer to fall 2022. I don't know what that means for other people on the waitlist, but I just wanted to mention it just in case. I'm wondering whether anyone has a sense of what's happening with Harvard (a timeline, any open spots, etc). I was waitlisted and anticipated hearing something once April 15 passed, although I have yet to get a final answer. Just trying to figure out whether there's a chance anything could happen there or whether it's time to move on. Any information would be appreciated! I got an email at the very end of the day on Friday indicating that the cohort was finalized (with one person getting in off the waitlist).
