It's about time for this year's admissions thread! Thanks to @MangoSmoothie for pointing that out.

So, here we go. I was accepted to UW-Madison a couple weeks ago, and today I RSVP'd to their open house invitation.

I haven't heard back from my other schools yet, but I've seen a fair amount of UMD acceptances. According to the results page posts from previous years, people could start hearing from SLU any day now. And March is just around the corner!

What is everyone's status so far?

Congrats! I've been accepted to University of New Hampshire and Northeastern so far. Such a relief to know I will at least be going somewhere next year. Still waiting to hear back from the other 8. Interviewed at BU and Emerson.

I was wondering why we didn't have one yet! :D

I've heard back from four schools so far: one (expected) rejection, two waitlists, and an acceptance! I truly wasn't expecting an acceptance so soon or at all! Like I said before, I have a low GPA, especially for this field, so I'm really shocked.

The first Monday of March is only 5 days away guys! Hope the good news starts rolling in for everyone. :) I also have a lot more schools left to hear from, and March is the month!

Yay! I got my first acceptance today and I'm really happy. It isn't my top choice (the program is a bit more long/expensive than the others) but it's a huge weight off to know that I'll somewhere for sure. I interviewed at BU/Emerson last weekend too, and I'm anxious from hearing back from my others soon hopefully!

Thanks for starting this! I was also accepted to UW-Madison which was crazy exciting, and then today I was accepted to NYU. I don't know much about that program so if anyone knows anything about it please share. I interviewed at Emerson last weekend and I'm still waiting to hear from them and eight other schools.

If anyone has UW-Madison questions I'm doing my post-bacc here and am happy to share what I know! Congrats everybody!

Hooray everyone!! Congrats!

I also got into NYU today! I'm really excited! Still waiting to hear from other programs but I'm visiting New York in mid-March to check out the school. The money is a big concern, but other than that, I'm so excited about the research and clinic there! And it's SUCH a weight off my shoulders. :D

I have been accepted to Ohio State, U Cincinnati, and Indiana U. I will probably attend IU because I was given an award for in-state tuition and a partial fellowship for the first year.

I only so far heard from UMD, and got in. My plan is to go, but they have asked for no deposit or anything from me yet, so I haven't withdrawn any other applications - I need to officially sign off on something! Looks like Towson, JMU, and Gallaudet don't come out until the first 2 weeks of March.

So glad we finally made a thread for this years applicants! I was accepted into Midwestern University a few weeks ago.... feels amazing just to know I will be going somewhere! I also had interviews at Boston University, Texas Tech, and received the supplemental app at Rush University. I am getting so anxious! I cant wait to hear back from my other schools and finally make a decision. Thank goodness March is almost here! Good luck to everyone!

First of all, congrats to everyone with acceptances!! it is exciting to know this early in the game :)

I just heard yesterday that I got into the University of South Florida! Even though it is not my top choice I am relieved to know that no matter what I will be starting grad school this Fall. I have yet to hear a thing from my other schools but I know some of them have already done interviews and I was not invited to do so yet... best of luck with all the other schools we're waiting on!

for those of you accepted to NYU was it via email?

 Yes, it was.

Hey.. Congrats!! It is always a relief to know you have at least one yes. I hope you get into your top choice though too. Did you apply to suncoast track or residential track? Also, did you get an email or did the portal update? Or both?

Thanks!!!

Hi all, I got into UMD so far (my top choice!!) and I'm waiting to hear from others. Although, unless I get a crazy good funding offer elsewhere, I'll be going to UMD! I really loved the open house, and did not want to uproot my life here at all (plus in state tuition is hard to pass up!) I skype interviewed for Emerson and haven't head back from northeastern, so not feeling optimistic about those. Good luck everyone!

I'm excited to join this post this year! I got my first acceptance Monday to northern Illinois as well as an invite to interview at utah state. I'm waiting on a lot of other apps still but I'm pretty happy with the idea of going to NIU. I might be starting school in just three months. Crazy.

Congrats to everyone!! I'm so glad this waiting game is finally coming to a close.

I have been accepted at OSU, University of Cincinnati, UMD and NYU.  I interviewed with Boston University and still waiting to hear from MGH.

Personally, I'm going to have to wait for all my financial aid packages to make a decision. So hopefully those come in soon.

I love all of the good news rolling in!

I have been accepted at UW-Eau Claire (distance) so far.

The rest...

Loma Linda: Interviewed 2 weeks ago & expect to hear back from them in a week or two.

ECU: Heard from them today - they will be sending out notifications in the next week or two (they don't do interviews).

Chapman: They sent out their first round of interview invites & I did not receive one. They did say that they will be sending more invites over the next couple of weeks.

Redlands: Haven't heard a thing.

The next couple of weeks are going to be the death of me!!!

Congrats to everyone! I only applied to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's distance program and was accepted there. I have returned my letter of acceptance and paid the deposit. Wahoo!

jmjslpca - if you decide to go to UW-EC, I'm sure we will get to know each other!

To everyone else - I sincerely hope that each of you receives an acceptance letter/email very soon!
