I just noticed you applied to Cleveland State, did you end up resending your personal statement? I though it was odd that they had a glitch in their system.

That makes me so nervous! I'd love to go there because of the emphasis on ASL and Deaf culture but I think it's pretty competitive so I'm trying not to get my hopes up.

Question, when did this glitch happen? I have not heard anything from them since confirmation that they received my supplemental application.

I haven't heard about a glitch with the personal statement but I struggled with my entire application. I kept getting an email that said my application hadn't been submitted and I knew I had already done that. I had the confirmation email and all so l called their IT department and worked it out. That was the only problem I had with them though. I didn't know there was a glitch with the personal statements!

I would love to go there too! I'm just nervous that there may be too much emphasis on ASL and work with deaf or hard of hearing patients. I'm afraid that we won't get experience in other areas which I'm sure isn't true. But I would still love to go there!

Does anyone have any information about Salus? I'd love to hear from a current student about their program since they're still an accreditation candidate. 

Also does anyone know what their interview process is like? Do you have to interview there or can you do skype?

I recieved an email about it 2/29 (maybe it wasn't everybody) I never recieved anything about the supplemental application after I submitted it, they said this particular glitch was through CSDCAS. I didn't resubmit because I already have 3 acceptances. I do know that Cleveland State is one of the last schools to send out their acceptance letters.

Strange! I recieved an email about it 2/29, maybe if it's one of your top choices you could call and make sure everything was submitted properly. I also struggled with their application too and chose not to resend a personal statement.

I will definitely do that! Thanks for the heads up that there was a problem! Is it your top choice?

I panicked when I got an email from PSU this morning, only to see that it was telling us again that emails will arrive at end of March.  Half of me is relieved (no rejection!) but other half of me is annoyed (can you just tell me already?).  I suppose no news is good news.

Nope! I didn't even resend my personal statement because I've been accepted to 3 great schools. Where is your top choice?

Emerson has posted some decisions on their portal! Just checked and saw an acceptance :) Unfortunately, I probably won't take my spot since I wasn't offered funding.

I talked to them today and they said we should hear by the 15th!

Honestly I don't really have a top choice. I'm at the point where it's just kind of wherever I get in at. What about you?

Good luck! I'm sure you'll get in somewhere. My top choice for the longest time was Ohio University, but now I'm leaning towards Kent State. :)
