The online viewing system seems to have no indication of what the decision status is.

They send it out in 3 waves, the first one are their first picks and then they send out a second wave of admissions, and figure out how many spaces they have. Then they send out the 3rd offer to fill in those last spaces. Then there's the waitlist too. It's not ranked as far as I know, and it's rather long. So it all depends on how many people are placed in the program, who accepts/declines, which fields need more people.

What determines which wave you're accepted in is what I'm not sure about. 1st choice or 3rd choice how beer doesn't matter much once you're accepted!

Seems like if you're 3rd wave your odds are lower.
Homes2341 Posted March 29, 2016 Posted March 29, 2016 When i got accepted to UofT last year, i got my letter on the 8th in the mail. It was dated for the 1st, and there was still nothing on my ROSI acct so don't give up hope if ROSI hasn't updated yet. phd2msw 1

If you haven't received a rejection, you're probably still in the running. This is at least how I am choosing to look at it haha

Expand Someone upthread said they received a rejection letter on feb 29 for the 2 year program. So I am going to assume that if we haven't been rejected yet, there's still a chance.

UGH. honestly i'm not very confident in my chances of getting into laurier so although it would suck to get rejected im kinda expecting it

Expand Sorry i should have been more specific. What kind of work or volunteer experience did you have? Also, what was your GPA? Sorry if its personal, you don't need to answer. I just want to know if I still have a chance. I kind of lost hope of getting into York.
