I have STILL not heard a word from Calarts. I applied to their Fine Arts MFA program. Maybe my work isn't fitting with their program? I got accepted to Art Center and saw some past student work that was somewhat similar so I could see why they might think I would be a good fit there. I also applied to USC but no one has heard from them yet. Anyone have any suggestions as to which school in California would be most fitting for my work? I want to start doing holographics, LED installations, fiber optics, and projection mapping in grad school.

Great thread, I had asked in another one if such a one existed, then I found this. Mine is www.christopherallman.com it is still somewhat under construction, but it serves it's purpose.

I received a VERY swift rejection from calarts, it was one of the first things I heard back from any school, so it is interesting you haven't heard from them yet. Maybe it is a good sign?

I like your work beth. My girlfriend likes it too. She is bit into crystals these days. They are becoming fairly big lately and sometimes I can be turned off by trends, but you use them very well.

I haven't updated this for a while, but here's my site: http://www.bethfrey.com/beth

with a few newer things on my tumblr: http://bethfrey.tumblr.com

I really need to work on that.

And if anyone in painting has heard anything from Cornell let me know. This week is really starting to get to me - I'm not going to have any finger nails left at this rate.
