Have you looked on asha.org/edfind? There are a lot of distance education programs to choose from! Off of the top of my head, I know of: University of South Carolina Eastern Carolina University Western Kentucky University Nova Southeastern University I know there are many, many more on EdFind. Thanks guys!!! I have a related question though. In my e-mail, it said to make sure that I took neuroanatomy before attending. I'm currently in a neurological functions and disorders course. Is that what most people consider neuroanatomy? I'm considering e-mailing them next week to confirm that I will have the required pre-req.

Thanks! I had a 3.654 overall GPA and a combined GRE score of 306. I also was treasurer of NSSLHA, held a peer advising position on campus, and had a related internship. Hope this helps!

My experience was similar. Their letter stated that we should NOT call/e-mail other than to confirm our spot on the waitlist.

I have until April 15th, but I don't think I'll need that long to decide . USF was always one of my top choices, especially because of their involvement with the Bolesta clinic (listening/hearing for children with CIs and hearing loss). All the research I did about the program aligned with my specific interests. UVA has a wonderful program, but it is less related to my interests. I have a strong feeling I will be in Tampa Bay this time next year!

I WAS JUST ACCEPTED TO USF!!!! This is actually the happiest moment of my life. I cried tears of joy. Thank you all for supporting me through this time. It means so much.

It's not school-related, unfortunately. It's a wonderful summer internship opportunity (SLP related, too!) that is an EXCELLENT experience. It's super competitive, and I was told today that we would know tomorrow.

I would say a nice pair of dress pants, a nicer shirt, and maybe flats since you'll be walking! I don't know if I would feel that jeans are appropriate. Just my two cents.

A little question: Since there have been some acceptance/waitlists sent from USF, I would really like to know my status there. I am trying to figure out all possible plans for May, when I graduate. I e-mailed them on 3/12 inquiring about the adcom's progress and I did not receive a response. Would it be tacky/inappropriate to e-mail again and inquire about my status? I don't want to annoy or irritate them, but I am genuinely confused as to why I haven't heard. Thanks.
