Does anyone know if Nazareth or ODU send out decisions in waves? People have heard from both but I haven't heard a thing yet.

oh okay I submitted 12/4 so maybe they're doing them in the order they received them (or at least that's what I'm gonna tell myself)

@RMott when did you submit your application?

It looks like last year people started getting interviews on the 6th and then some others on the 11th so hopefully they send them out in batches! And it looks like people got either waitlisted or rejected a few days after the interview decisions came out.

It's weird that they're sending out emails at night. I thought I could stop obsessively checking my email after 5pm but I guess not! I've got my fingers crossed for us both

From what I saw on the results forum from past years most people get accepted during the interview. Also, did your MyDominion portal status change at all? Good luck and congrats!

Two people just posted that they got interviews with ODU and I haven't heard anything yet and now my anxiety is even WORSE this process is awful! Sorry, just had to vent!

This is exactly how I feel. I've only heard from 1/10 schools and it was a rejection. It's my first year applying but I'm already worried I won't get in anywhere and I'll have to spend another year doing this next time.

According to ASHA EdFind they are accredited and their next review is in 2019.

I haven't had any interviews but I've heard you should always send a little thank you note as a courtesy and so they remember you.

I've emailed a few schools and they've all had really fast and nice replies. I'd go for it.

I've hear bad things about U of DC too, I'd steer clear

Has anyone on here had an interview with Salus University? If so, how long did it take for them to contact you for an interview after your application was CSDCAS verified? And did you do an in-person interview or skype/phone? Thank you!

I'm in the same boat, checking email every 2 seconds, it's crazy! I emailed a few of the schools I applied to and asked when I should expect to hear back and two said next week so I'm even more anxious now!

I was one of the people who had all of their William Paterson info disappear, but it was only for one day and then it was back, so I think it was just a system glitch. The date on the "complete and ready for review" part will always be the day that you're looking at it (I know because I've checked it every day since lol) so I don't think they've started reviewing yet, but maybe they have and the status just hasn't changed to "in review". From the looks of the forums it seems like they're usually pretty late in sending out decisions.

I know this forum is from last year, but can any of yall that got accepted share your stats? It's one of my top choices!

Does anyone have any recent reviews or information on this school? I'm looking into schools with a later application deadline in case I get all rejections this time around. I know there was a forum about their bad reputation around last year or the year before, but does anyone have new info? I want to make sure it's not a fishy school before I spend another $50 on the application fee. Thanks!

That's what I really worry about. I have a 3.0 from undergrad and can't do anything to change that. I'm worried my good post-bac grades won't matter in comparison to my bad undergrad GPA. It sucks because I literally can't do a single thing about my undergrad grades but that doesn't mean I want to be an SLP any less. It's a bummer

I talked to someone in admissions at ODU and they said they would be emailing people next week!

There are tons of schools that don't require interviews. Check out ASHA's EdFind and you can find out. All the schools in my signature don't require interviews except ODU, but they're all East Coast schools. Good luck!

Update to my post above: Rejected from UVM.

Everyone I've seen on the results page that's gotten into University of Vermont got either a phone call or an email. I talked to someone in admissions today and they told me I should expect a letter by next week. This sounds like a rejection to me but what do yall think?
