    Northwestern, Maryland, William and Mary, Brown, Stanford Have had radio silence from these guys except for WM telling me my app was "complete and we will begin reviewing after the 9th." Would love to know if anyone else has had the same experience or if they've had any contact recently with above programs. Good luck everyone!

    I've only heard back from cornell (rejection) of the 7 places I applied to. I think they're just being slow haha

    Where are you seeing this? As far as I can tell, the results page is really only showing Cambridge and a couple other schools?

    Hey guys, So I applied to a bunch of MA/PhD programs and submitted everything on time. This morning I got an email from U Nevada Reno asking for transcripts from my one semester at UMass Amherst as well as from two other schools (one was from a field school and one was the local community college that I took classes with during high school) Since these were all accepted by my undergrad institution already and the transfer credits were already in my transcript that I sent out to Grad programs, I didn’t think I needed to send them out. I sent them to Reno, but do I have to send them to the other schools now too? Honestly the thought hadn’t crossed my mind until now.

    I'm a bit new to the process, but I was wondering if were possible or at all common to work in archaeology under a professor in another discipline? I'm having a hard time matching my research interests to the right professors of archaeology, but I've found several in History departments that share the same interest as me. Thanks, Jack

    Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong section. Just looking to get some perspective from the forums on where I stand with my current experience/grades, etc. and what kinds of Phd. programs I should be applying for. I currently have 2-3 semesters left until I graduate. Institution: Binghamton University Degree(s): B.S. Archaeology, B.A. History, minor in GIS GPA in major (arch): 3.8+ (around 3.83 or so) Field School(s): Bioarch/historical field school in Antigua, Maritime Arch. field school in Spain Other: Published Historiography in Graduate journal (same topic as Arch. focus) Honor's Thesis (archaeology), published through Binghamton University Should have some good recommendations Have yet to take GRE's Thanks for the help in advance
