  1. I would love results to come out today, but not expecting anything.
  2. SIPA is $2k. Harris is $350. Most others are in between. The process of discovering these programs are cash cows has been a sad one for me. The programs are great, but too many of these top programs don't put money where their mouths are and fund PhDs instead (not that that's a bad thing, but it doesn't help equity). It's a terrible problem because many students a. already have a lot of college debt or b. are from lower-income or middle-class households and just want to serve.
  3. Wait is the Wednesday date for sure or just speculation? I haven't seen anything official on that.
  4. I didn't know you could do that. Sounds like a difficult ordeal.
  5. If it's 6 days later, we could reach 100k views.
  6. That's pretty chilling...are they really reading our names right now? Wow. I hope we're all on the list, or at least most of us.
  7. I realllyyyyyyyyy don't buy the calculations based on limited data here (they could be doing it randomly or alphabetically). However, a part of me wouldn't be surprised if our Gradcafe admit rate > the overall one because we're smart and brilliant and self-selecting onto this website?
  8. I'm interested in being a generalist on international affairs while having a strong domestic issues background since I'm interested in Hill/executive branch work. I am referring to Harris and was worried about the networking, but on the other hand it's pretty incredible to see them expanding so quickly. They have a great Dean so it looks like things are changing for the better. I'm still waiting on one fully funded program and some schollys that could get me closer to that $60k range, which I think would make the MPP undeniably worth it for me at that point.
  9. Someone can always call them tomorrow or in a few days, seeing as how their blog mostly updates on pods and their Twitter wasn't updated since October. LOL.
  10. Maybe this will push them to finish tomorrow. I can dream, can't I?
  11. Does this advice also apply to internationally focused MPP degrees? The place I may go to is quant-heavy and very strong on domestic policy as well, so the versatility makes me happy, while the debt obligation will like be around the OP's.
  12. Yup, near Boston actually. My bus went by HKS yesterday so that was nerve-wracking...
  13. You've gotta be kidding me. That's a Nor'easter every week for the past three weeks for us! This better be a sign of good luck!
  14. Didn't apply to LBJ but why is their funding so generous? Small class cohort/need-based/small fin aid pool?
  15. If decisions come out Wednesday, it'll be 100 days since the decision deadline.
  16. Any chance decisions come out tomorrow?
  17. I hope so but Wednesday seems the most likely based on past years.
  18. Yeah that's my point. I'm sure it'll be clearer next year since it's their first time doing fin aid and admissions decision simultaneously.
  19. It's certainly a confusing process!
  20. Is it that strange, though? It could be a way for them to cover up decision results before they come out, and unassigning may not take too long...? I'm more confused about the fact that admits and packages come out together. Does that mean they only make packages for admits and have the list a week beforehand? LOL.
  21. I would think so as well. No consistencies.
  22. Nothing. I'm not sure how much we should read into this...
  23. Looks like it. Ah well.
  24. If no one hears in the next hour, I'm going to assume it was a prank again xD.
  25. I got an email...from a TTTT law school I thought I had filtered out. Today's an interesting day LOL.
