I am waitlisted to my top choice master’s program. They informed me early April that they will start to contact students on the list one by one from mid-late April for additional available positions. Is it a good idea to contact an admission officer or a professor to appeal that I am still really interested in the program? If so, officer or Professor?
I deleted the e-mail but as far as I remember, it was about 110 people who applied. My grades are same but did more volunteering at the same clinic I did jobshadow last year.
I also only applied to Western and this is the 2nd time to apply. If I failed again, I do not know what to do for the next step. It really sucks they put 25 people on the waitlist. I try not to expect too much, but everyday looking at the phone? When you called the admin office, did they also tell you your # of turn?
