  1. Me as well please, especially since today was supposed to be the deadline!
  2. I'm right there with you and one of my program's deadline is today
  3. I'm with both of you waiting on NIU anxiously. Good luck in advance, hopefully we hear this weekend!
  4. I'm starting to see results roll in from my top choice program and I haven't heard anything back! It's making me so anxious even though I know their interview deadline isn't for another week and a half; I just want to hear something even if it's a rejection at this point!
  5. For the person who posted an interview with the University of Houston, would you mind messaging me your POI please?
  6. There's also this that the CUDCP puts together, though it doesn't have every school on it! https://teamup.com/ks952632ef38687f3e
  7. I know this was originally posted on another forum and it doesn't have all of the schools on it, but the CUDCP attempts to keep track of when interview notifications and dates are sent out. Here is there calendar to look over: https://teamup.com/ks952632ef38687f3e
  8. I would say that it was more of a mass email, she sent it to me individually but all it contained was the attachment with the official invitation and a sentence saying that she had attached it. Good luck, I hope you hear soon!
  9. School: Texas A&M Type: Clinical PhD Date of invite: December 19th Type of invite: Email from POI (initials AM) letting me know I was invited to the interview weekend and followed by an official email from the Director of Clinical Training on the 21st. Interview date(s): 1/17-1/18 This is the first school I've heard back from and I'm incredibly excited! Didn't expect to hear back from anyone yet! Good luck everyone!
  10. I'm still waiting too, have you heard back from yours yet? I'm feeling super anxious!
  11. May I ask if you got in or received an interview? UT Southwestern is on my application list for Fall 2019 and I am in a similar situation as you. My qualifications other than my GRE are competitive I hope: 3.97 GPA with a 4.0 in both my majors, research assistant for a year, 2 years of independent research and data analysis, statistics and psychology tutor, excellent letters of recommendation, a year of clinical experience, 3 conference presentations, and I graduated magna cum laude with University honors; however, I'm concerned the GRE (the quant specifically) will be my downfall. I panicked and it showed in my scores: 160V, 147Q, and 5.0 AWA. Being that you were in a similar situation as me it seems, I'm wondering if you'll have any advice on this. Please feel free to pm me if you don't want to share on the public forum and thank you in advance if you see this! - Katie
  12. I feel you! My GRE scores weren't stellar either, I scored very well on practice tests I took while studying, but when it came to the real test, I panicked! Combined with personal things going on at the time, my quant score took a rather large hit! Like you, I'm fairly confident that I can handle graduate level statistics; I've gotten no less than a 93% in any math course I've taken and I received As in both statistics courses in undergrad, but I am concerned my application doesn't show this ability. Also like you, I'm lacking in professional research experience. I'm a recent grad and spent three years entrenched in research in undergrad, but I don't have any scientific publications to my name. I'm hoping my GPA (3.97/4.0) and letters of rec save me where these areas may fall short. As far as SOPs go, I'd be willing to exchange with you and provide a review if you'd like! You and I are both interested in Trauma and PTSD and we're actually applying to two of the same schools, the University of Houston (Ph. D.) and Northern Illinois University (Ph. D.)! - Katie B
  13. For anyone that has been accepted or waitlisted to clinical psychology PhD programs, would you be willing to share your GRE scores? I am applying this fall for the Fall 2019 acceptance cycles and am eager to know how my GRE scores compare to those who have already been offered acceptance to programs. I have an excellent GPA (3.97) and 2 years of research experience, one project in which I was a principle investigator and that was presented in a national honors conference in Seattle, WA, thus I am just trying to get a better outlook on my chances of acceptance to my top programs. My top 6 choices are U of Houston, U of Texas- Austin, Texas A&M, Pacific University, Northern Illinois University, and Suffolk University. If anyone could share their experience or any information on these particular programs that would be much appreciated!
