Ah! All my materials (letters included) are in!

Hey does anyone know how flexible schools are with interviews? Do schools typically allow Skype interviews or are they very strict about in-person interviews?

My last GRE score was just received. I am OFFICIALLY done with all of my apps and am going to have a me weekend.
We got this!

Just a booked a last minute "stop worrying and have some fun" vacation to distract me from this process! Woo!

Also people might inflate their stats so they don't feel as self conscious...I promise everything I will post will be 100% accurate lol. 

Sometimes I leave these forums with renewed confidence and reassurance and other times... I'm nauseous 

I didn't want to make a whole new post for this, but here's a request for everyone: post your results on the results page. You don't have to post your stats if it makes you uncomfortable (though it would help), but at the very least it would be super cool if you posted application updates. These give the rest of us a general idea of if we should hold on hope or if we probably aren't going to hear from the department. In my previous application seasons, the results page was a great resource. I'm just encouraging* you all to help it be one for this cycle, too.

Me... again. LOL. We are all experiencing these exact thoughts/emotions. Hahaha

Yeah, but have you guys gone back to your email to read responses from POIs to analyze each and every character in case you missed something the first time??? ?

So I was leaving my lab this afternoon, feeling nervous about this entire process of course (with lots of self doubt and worries, having been rejected in the past), and I asked the most high for a sign... moments later I check my e-mail, a habit (heh) and I received my a notification that my supervisor (strongest recommender!!) submitted her letter for my #1 program. ? SO. MANY. FEELINGS.

UO is in my top 3 for sure. I would SCCCCREEEEEAAAAMMMM if I get an invite!

I had oregon and wustl in my initial list but dropped them eventually. I've applied to toronto as well cos i'm interested in affective neuroscience!

Another Social Psych applicant for Fall 2019. I am applying to 15 schools. They're due Dec 1 and Dec 5 and I've only submitted half of them so far.....
