  2. I called they said it is 8 weeks. According to admissions. The guy event counted it out with me to see what my 8 weeks would be.
  3. Ahhh. I hope too. It’s crazy how long the wait is. Or in inpatient
  4. 17 I believe is the most. Says in a webinar I watched.
  5. Nice. I applied for that deadline too but haven’t heard my 100% acceptance letter yet
  6. Called then yesterday. They said decisions should be sent out this week!
  7. I live in Texas. I applied All over the states. I used to live on the east coast and miss it. Bc is a different vibe in the other ones which I applied.
  8. I think 17k is the most they give. If I go i am living in BK.
  9. GIRL .... don’t think you commit . Commit! Follow your heart and the rest will fall into place. You applied to one school. You were accepted that seems like the path to follow. Don’t let FEAR ( false evidence appearing real) hold you down.
  10. Yeah no problem. I applied on 1/09 and heard back 1/23. Status BFA in photography 3.4 accumulative gpa for that Then went back to community college to get my education hours completed for what we call in Texas an LCDCI ( listened chemical dependency counselor intern) 4.0 for all this education have been working in an inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for the past 2 years to complete my requirements for liscensure volunteer at crisis shelter for women and children 6 hours a week Good luck
  11. I have only heard back from 2 so 3 more to go!
  12. For me, I think going in person is important although everyone is different. for me, I like the support and sense of community I get from going through a process with others. If the $ is a deal breaker then I would start to reach out to places you may want to become involved with through field placement and ask if they have volunteer positions. That is a great way to get your foot in the door, show you are committed and regardless to make relationships with those in your community and learn. I volunteer at a crisis shelter 2x a week ( about 6 hours a week) in addition to working at a substance abuse treatment facility full time.
  13. That I was checking on my application decision and if they wouldn’t mind checking in on it’s status. Who knows if it did anything but yeah Sending good vibes
  14. :[ i called the day before they got back to me so unsure if that helped.
  15. For those of you that have first choice schools, why are you choosing that program? What factors are playing in? If $ was not an issue would you still be choosing that program as your first choice option?
  16. are you applying for the advanced standing? if so that could be a different admissions team. I sent mine in on 1/9 and heard back 1/23
  17. I would not worry about it. There is always more networking to be done. I am applying all over the place in terms of different states. I am seeing it as a time to have an experience. People move all the time!
  18. how weird is that LOL.. too funny. that's interesting it takes the system that long to send out an electronic acceptance. Why did you apply to BC?
  19. Got to the part that stated i could make a deposit. How funny that they are not sending an email with an actual acceptance letter. I got accepted too.
