To those like me who haven't heard back: did you also submit your applications within a couple days of the deadline? Maybe they are reading them in order they were submitted.
I also heard of people being receiving interviews and rejections from CMU NGP (though the rejection may have been from a similar CMU program -- I heard second hand) within the past couple days. Yet I applied and didn't hear anything, so it seems they just haven't gone through everybody.
Also, I emailed Brown and they said they are just finishing up and will notify regarding acceptances and rejections. So it seems many places, at least Brown and CMU, may not be done reviewing applications. Maybe this will give hope to others in the same boat, who have heard nothing.

Got a rejection from UCSF this morning too, kind of expected but still a bummer

Just received an email rejection for UCSF! I kind of expected it, but still. Holding out some hope for NYU to still send out interviews??

Hey all, I am seeing people starting to post UCSF rejections that came out today! I have yet to get an interview invitation or a rejection (either on the site or by email)... If any of you got the rejection, will you let me know if it was generic or if it seemed like they will be sending them out individually? Thanks

Just got an interview to Harvard's SHBT program! Not sure if anyone here applied to that, but thought I would share the news: Interview dates Jan 21st-23rd!!

Just got an invite from Columbia too! Guess they weren’t done sending em out!

Heard from a PI at UC Davis that they were running late with getting interviews out and to expect them soon. I'm applying for the psychology/cog neuro program, but since there's no separate Neuroscience department, this might also apply to those who applied to UC Davis Neuro too. Just a guess, I know everyone is going crazy with waiting out there.

And, I haven't heard any applicants stating they have received a rejection yet for the Neuroscience program. Other UCSF programs have given out rejections and interviews!

Got my first interview today! Still waiting to hear back from the other 5. But how should I prepare? And does anyone know  Weill Cornell's acceptance rate of interviewees?

It may slow down a little, but I've heard that the majority will be out by the 23rd?

same boat, feeling down about UCSF in particular ? seemed like they sent a batch on Tuesday and then another Friday morning... Maybe they're staggering invites so they can plan based on people's chosen dates? lol I'm stretching here but so desperate for any excuse to hope a little longer 

So sad Harvard PiN and UCSF Neuro were my top two and didn't hear back from either today.  Does anyone know if they usually send out all at once, or throughout a week or so? I saw that historically (via gradcafe results), all of Harvard interview posts happen on the same day

yeah the email did seem generic (received 8:34AM).
Perhaps with 1.5-2x as many applicants this year, they will interview more people than usual. I was not expecting an interview at all especially this early (last year they were sent on Dec. 20th) given my lack of lab experience (only 6-7mo full time in a cancer lab, not neuro; started the end of my senior year early 2020). But I'm extremely greatful for the opportunity even if it doesn't work out in the end.

Seeing people get interview invites to programs I applied to when my inbox is dry makes me feel like crap lol 

Hey everyone! I just saw on the results page that two people got interview invites via email to UC Davis! Does anyone know if they send interviews out in multiple batches, all at once, and/or rejections? Just curious as I am now anxiously checking my email!

every other discipline is sending invites except for neuro WHYY

I haven't heard anything yet.
It looks like last year all interview requests were sent to applicants via email on December 22nd (a Sunday). Seems like they waited and sent out all their rejections mid-January. Fingers crossed, this waiting game is driving me crazy!

That UC Davis email about the winter holiday was CRUEL. I almost had a heart attack.
