Does anyone have an idea of when we will hear back from Dalhousie (or have people already)? I figured with their early due date we would hear back sooner especially with how quickly they did their interviews last year.

Not sure if others have seen this, but I found a really informative info guide on reported internship match rates across North American clinical and counselling programs. Includes Canadian schools as well!

School: York 
Program: Clinical Psychology (Developmental)
Date of invite: February 8
Date of interview: February 16 (with POI), February 26 (with department)
Email invite directly from POI. So excited! This application season has been BRUTAL. Obviously not a sure thing but nice to have some hope again...had kind of given up this year. On my fourth year of applying...if this is what you want don't give up!

I doubt they’re done going out. I’m pretty sure they’ve done an open house in the past and no one has said anything about that yet - everything seems to be interviews with POIs at this point. I also haven’t heard anyone mention an interview from the clinical-developmental program yet. They have a huge psychology department so I suspect there’s still some time before they’ve contacted everyone. I could be completely wrong though - this is all just speculation!  

Just received a rejection email for UPEI’s PsyD program... Fingers crossed that the other schools work out.

Spoke to a faculty member from york in the clinical area & I know they’re behind.. nothing will go out until feb from what I know
