I haven’t seen anyone here claim it for CP (only IR and AP, i think). But i’m not sure if it’s likely or unlikely that the DGS sends out acceptances of different subfileds at different times. 
 
Best case scenario (which I hope so lol) is that the result on that page is a troll bc the acceptances for other subfields were sent out this morning, not yesterday. On the contrary, it can be possible too that CP acceptances were all sent out this morning along with other subfields, but the CP people who got it are simply not on this thread.
Another odd thing is that no one has claimed they are waitlisted at all. So I am not sure if the whole process is really done. Then I decided to email the grad coordinator (not the DGS) to ask if all the decisions and admission process are concluded. She replied: we may send additional acceptances in the next few weeks, so have not concluded our process.”
i just hate this in-between feeling where i’m not sure if i am rejected or still have hope!

My last name starts with a B so alphabetical is possible, but really who knows! I hope there are some people unofficially waitlisted out there - keeping my fingers crossed for you all still waiting! 

Has anyone gotten on NW's waitlist yet? i saw a weird post on the results page but I don't trust anything on there..

Waitlisted at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor!  Dear god, this is so nerve-wracking.  Never thought I'd even be wait listed at such an amazing program.  In shock.   

Was just notified that I was put on "a very short and selective waitlist" at UMich! Very sweet email!

Congrats! I regret not applying at UMich! Hope you get in!

Received a personalized Cornell acceptance (IR) and emails from two professors to talk about the opportunity and shared research interests. My research "fit" is good and one of my LoR is from a well-known Cornell International Relations Alumni, but I'm still really surprised. Wow, just wow.

Today at around 5pm I received a reply from Cornell's DGS. He wrote "we expect to conclude our admissions process this week. Notifications will be sent out to applicants shortly thereafter." ...I guess it's no longer by the end of Feb or beginning of March. It's THIS WEEK!
 
I know a lot of us here have applied to Cornell thanks to its GRE waiver and the program's reputation.
My cycle is almost done, with one fully funded offer, one rejection, and two more to hear back from. Hang in there everyone!

I went in all prepared for my interview and they started talking about how enthusiastic they were about our research opportunities, so I asked if this was an interview or an acceptance and they said it was an acceptance! They apologised that the email wasn’t clearer haha! They are super nice. I’m so excited! 

They said they would send detailed funding through shortly!

It’s pretty insane considering they usually send out decisions in mid Jan!
