Because although one person accepted the withdrawal of my candidacy this morning, I still got an email this afternoon telling me I was accepted to the school. So if you were waitlisted (I don't know if they sent out all decisions or just some) there is hope for you!

A friend of mine got a decision from a different program in Teachers College yesterday. I obviously am NOT patient at all and the suspense is killing me since this is the second out of two schools that I have applied to, and I got rejected from the first.

I haven't heard yet, but last year they started notifying 3/14 so could be end of this week or early next week!

Madisong23 -- I did not apply to Towson this year due to distance, but last year it was the school I was accepted off of the waitlist in June. Everyone said those who were not accepted was waitlisted, however that was false. They do offer a lot of waitlists, but I did make it off of it in June (however, I had committed to another program..which as I've told before is the reason I'm in the situation again) Anywhoooo, I found out a week or so after first acceptances were sent! If it's anything like last year, you'll receive emails for acceptances and waitlists or snail mail for denial. Hold on to hope! I'm sure you'll hear soon Edited March 11, 2014 by _fairydust

I haven't heard yet, and haven't seen results posted online yet (or on the status check on their website), but thanks for being so quick to give your spot to someone else. On their website it says that letters are mailed no later than March 1st and I still haven't received anything! I know I should be patient, but I am getting antsy! Do you think it would be ok to call and ask? Thanks!

It has been nice knowing that there are people out there going as crazy as I have over these applications. I just got my acceptance to CU Boulder today and am super excited cause it was my top choice school. At this point though I'm really conflicted over the programs I've gotten into and am not sure where I'm gonna go.

Towson is a great school and I've loved getting my undergrad in this program. Good luck!

It was kind of scary doing so, as I keep second guessing whether I'm really accepted into FSU, but the email gave me enough confidence to be able to do so. Thank you for possibly creating some room for me at Texas State! Its my first choice!! Your amazing!

Does anyone have any examples of how to phrase a continued interest e-mail? I'm not exactly sure how to phrase it but I would like to express that I am still interested in these programs. PsycD Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 Is anyone else having trouble pulling the trigger on an offer? I know exactly where I want to go, but I haven't accepted the offer yet. I think I'm still worried about fit, which is why I took two schools up on their offers to visit and spend some time with them before making my final decision.

I just called Northeastern and was told that they will notify us around April 15th. I know I speak for all of us who applied there when I say waiting another month is going to SUCK! Congrats to all who have been accepted to a program and good luck to those still waiting!! Just remember that no matter what happens, we will end up exactly where we are supposed to be! Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!

KatieL425 Posted March 12, 2014 Posted March 12, 2014 I also called Northeastern and they said by April 15th everyone would be notified and that in the past they had been sending out decisions sort of on a rolling basis as they were made.
