But do you think everyone experiences the "available for recommendation" sign too? It looks that only small number of applicants have the sign, since I can only find about 7-8 people who have been talking about the sign in this site. How do you think? And congrats for your offers! I have experienced "available fo recommendation" sign, too. I am an international, and applied to UWM ChemE. I think that.. the sign is just error or the meaning of "under review". My application has been doing this as well. It has a bunch of numbers, the date that I submitted my app, and "Available for Recommendation". Instead, I have Chemistry PHD FALL 2017-2018 "Your application has been received and will be reviewed by your program. Please refer to this page for updates." with all the checklist.
