    I'm realizing i put the wrong theme in my CIHR proposal and that nothing can be done about it...sigh. Hopefully the people reviewing don't dock too many points (or better yet, correct the theme lol i guess I can dream).

    honestly at this point MIT should *make* a clinical psych program there's clearly enough demand

    I know other departments are still figuring out interviews/scheduling, but this makes sense--hoping invites/rejections are sent out sooner rather than later as it is in two weeks. Thanks for sharing!

    I'm waiting to see what admissions committees think of the applicant pool this year. As someone who's staunchly anti-GRE, I hope that departments will realize they had all the info they needed this year, or were able to come up with creative ways of gauging quantitative and analytical skills without the GRE.

    Anyone interviewing at McMaster should DEFINITELY ask about these in faculty and student interviews--folks deserve to know that how the department is actively making changes and how changes will be implemented. These are not claims to be held lightly (that and the other huge scientific fraud case in the department are making me really look at mac with a side eye).

    Well that is interesting! Best of luck--Yale's program has gotten pretty small over the years, they take like <5 students per year (they should recruit new clinical faculty lol!).

    Pretty sure neither can take on students...they are both research faculty but not professors.

    LOL i'm giving up end of the day...apparently official invites have been sent out as of yesterday, and with the interview day just around the corner I think its over for me. I wonder if my PI will not end up taking a student after all, no one seems to have heard back from them. It is one of my top choices, so a bit sad that its over!

    I've gotten interview invites on a weekend before, so I'll be holding out until Sunday before crossing out SBU on my list.
