Does anyone have any info or feel on whether South Carolina or Boston U will be sending out more interview invites?

@DreamGene Thanks for the info! Fingers crossed then for all of us still waiting to hear from then! 

I just emailed them actually and they said that they will be sending out interviews all of this week and part of next week as well. Supposedly there was a delay and they are now trying to send everything out.

I wouldn’t worry, it was a little post card that was just like “hey, thanks for applying here!” And i just wish the date they’d get back to us was there too lol

Good morning everyone!
I just wanted to stop in and remind everyone that, while I know this time is very stressful, you don't want to neglect your own emotional and physical well-being. We're applying for a field with high burn out, so self care is going to be a vital skill for our futures! Go do something that makes you feel good and less stressed this weekend!
My self care: last night I went to dinner with friends, then we went back to one of the women's houses to play games. Simple, fun, needed.

This is great insight, sunT, thank you for offering your perspective.  One question I remember being asked repeatedly last year was essentially, "Why do you want to be a genetic counselor?"  In my case, it was more specifically, "Why do you want to leave your established career [in genomic research] to be a genetic counselor?", so I have been thinking of the best way to convey the answer to that question.  I will have quite a bit more shadowing and advocacy experience to speak from after this last year, and I look forward to being able to draw from that as well this time around.  It would be good for me to really think about what distinguishes me, aside from my magnetic personality, ha ha, because obviously that didn't quite do the trick last year!

I haven't heard anything from them yet either!

First time applicant here. Really glad to have found such a supportive group of fellow applicants  Incredibly nervous about getting accepted. I only applied to 3 schools and have been rejected to one of them. I'm considering posting  my stats to get some input, but very nervous.
You all seem so supportive and great.

Guys I finally got my Oklahoma Skype interview confirmed. My very first interview offer! Thank you to all who hoped I would get it! Finally some good news! ???

I'm not sure about SLC but I think earlier someone posted that Boston said they will be sending out interview invites no later than February 15. I'm anxious too and would really like to plan my trip to Boston and coordinate if I need to so I hope they don't wait till then!

I also work full time but in a research lab so I think I'm sort of lucky. I have a pretty flexible schedule and the PI is super supportive of me applying to grad school. I think I'll be fine with taking days off that I need, but I'm also working on submitting a paper with a March deadline so... the timing is really bad for me to be gone so much if I get more interviews. Also super stressed about how much all of this will cost! The price of flying to North Carolina alone is breaking my budget.

The program director at Boston emailed me an hour ago saying that interview invites will be sent out no later than Feb 15th!
